The challenge
STARFLEET International is an all volunteer fan club. The local Albuquerque chapter relied heavily on the overarching international organization for website updates. This reliance led to lengthy operational delays, even after the chapter won a design contest for a new website. Concurrently, on a regional level, the multi state website had fallen into complete disrepair due to a lack of volunteer maintenance and technical oversight.
The solution
After joining the local chapter as a member, RePixelated brought the website management strictly in house. This transition eliminated external bottlenecks, ensuring that web updates became quick and responsive. The project also included a comprehensive overhaul of internal documentation before publishing it to the live site. To guarantee ongoing stability, the local chapter’s digital infrastructure was migrated to RePixelated Cloud. Following the proven success of the local chapter’s revitalization, the Regional Coordinator appointed RePixelated to take over the neglected multi state region’s website, extending modern design standards and reliable management across the broader community.
